The notes you’ve been meaning to send, done in one morning
HYPE Her Up
A Gratitude Experience
A guided morning to handwrite five powerful notes, so the women who shaped you actually hear it, and your community grows stronger.
YOU’VE BEEN MEANING TO TELL A FEW WOMEN WHAT THEY TRULY MEANT TO YOU…
A mentor who always believed in you, a friend who showed up in a hard season, the colleague who opened a door, the list goes on.
But life gets loud. The “I’ll tell them soon” loop lingers in your head, and the moment never makes it from intention to action.
That delay has a cost:
-
Mental clutter and guilt over unfinished gratitude
-
Missed chances to reconnect in a meaningful way
-
Lost momentum in the relationships that actually matter
It’s not that you don’t care—it’s that you never get the focused space to actually do it.
HYPE Her Up gives you what everyday life doesn’t:
A calm, guided window to put real words on real paper. You’ll write five powerful notes, seal them, stamp them, and send them before you leave. The task that’s weighed on you for months gets finished in one morning—and the ripple begins.
What happens when you finally take the time?
-
For You:
Relief, clarity, and a lighter mind. A surge of confidence from following through.
-
For Her:
Recognition she’ll reread for years. A reason to reach out. A reminder that her effort mattered.
-
For Your Circle
Reignited connection, deeper conversations, and a culture where appreciation spreads.
Attendees often report immediate replies, coffee dates that wouldn’t have happened, and new opportunities sparked by one sincere note.

Hey, I’m Erica!
For years, I knew the power of a handwritten note. I just never made the space. So, I created it. I invited a small group of women to gather one morning with a simple purpose: to say what we’ve always meant to say. No mixers. No noise. Just guided prompts, pen, paper, and the courage to tell the truth. I worried no one would come. We filled every seat.
What happened next surprised me:
-
Notes turned into phone calls, coffee dates, and reconnections we’d been putting off for years.
-
Women told us the letters arrived exactly when they needed them.
-
The room felt lighter. It’s like we cleared a backlog of unspoken gratitude and made room for momentum.
The ripple kept growing. Gulf Coast News NBC’s “Story to Share” featured the experience, and more women asked for a place to do the same: a quiet, guided space to finish something that matters and strengthen relationships that last.
That’s why HYPE Her Up exists. Not as another event, but as a practice to build a culture where appreciation is normal, visible, and contagious.

Q&A: What You Might Be Wondering
What exactly is HYPE Her Up?
It’s a cozy, elevated morning gathering where women come together to handwrite heartfelt notes to the women in their lives who’ve shaped them (friends, mentors, sisters, co-workers, and beyond). It’s more than an event… it’s a movement of appreciation, connection, and meaningful impact.
Who is this for?
If you’re someone who values genuine connection and believes in giving others their flowers while they can still smell them, this is for you. If you live or work in Southwest Florida, this is a beautiful way to show appreciation and meet like-hearted women.
What do I need to bring?
Just come with 5–10 names and mailing addresses of women you’d love to thank or celebrate. We’ll provide the note cards, writing prompts, postage, juice bar, and even a few surprise touches to make the morning extra special.
What if I’m not “good” at writing notes?
You don’t need to be a poet or a professional writer, just speak from the heart. We’ll have writing prompts and supportive energy to help you get started. Most guests say the words flow once they begin.
Is this event faith-based or tied to a specific cause?
HYPE Her Up is an inclusive experience grounded in gratitude and community. No matter your background, beliefs, or walk of life, you’re welcome here.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. Just be sure to register in advance, as space is limited to keep the experience intentional and impactful. Each person needs to reserve their own seat.
What happens to the notes after we write them?
We’ll handle all the mailing for you! After the event, your notes will be dropped in the mail so they land in your recipient’s mailbox a few days later.
By the end of the morning, so many women will feel seen, celebrated, and supported because you took the time to show up.
Reserve your spot today and be part of a ripple effect that lasts long after the ink dries.
