Meet the Host

Erica Castner knows what it takes to build meaningful connections that last. For more than 20 years, she’s helped ambitious women and organizational leaders strengthen their influence, grow their networks, and create impact that matters.

Her no-fluff, straight-to-the-point style makes every conversation real and engaging. She’s not here for surface-level chatter—she’s here for the messy truths, the lessons learned, and the moments that shaped who we are.

Outside the mic, Erica is also an IRONMAN triathlete, bringing the same grit, resilience, and discipline to her work that she brings to the race course.

With “Being Relatable,” her mission is simple: to amplify stories of courage, clarity, and connection so more women feel seen, supported, and inspired to lead in their own bold way.

Who Should NOT Apply

While we love spotlighting leaders and experts, this show is not a platform for coaches or consultants who offer services similar to the work we do.

To avoid overlap with our offerings, we do not accept pitches from guests in the following categories:

  • Visibility, confidence, or networking coaches
  • Relationship-building consultants for women
  • Leadership or personal development group facilitators targeting female professionals
  • DEI or culture-building consultants with competing experiential programs
  • Community-focused business coaches or program creators

This podcast is designed to serve the exact audience these services target.

We believe in community over competition—but we also value clarity and boundaries in what we promote.

  • Women in leadership who’ve navigated challenges in work/life relationships

  • Corporate or nonprofit professionals with relatable stories of growth

  • Organizational leaders creating people-first cultures

  • Partners and collaborators from companies or chambers who’ve worked with us

  • Anyone who has a powerful, human story about connection, clarity, or courage

If you’re ready to inspire, connect, and expand your influence, we’d love to feature you on “Being Relatable”.
