Today’s episode is for leaders who want to know the scoop or the insights skinny on how to truly love the work that you do and I’m going to break it down into three simple pillars for you to be thinking about as we continue this podcasting journey.

The three simple pillars I want to share today as it relates to you loving the work that you do:

Preparation

Gratitude

Action

Here’s what I want you to do: Spend the first 20 minutes of your day “preparing” and write down one intention you want to set. Then write down one statement or form of gratitude you want to express. Now write down one or two action steps to get you closer to the goal you want to accomplish today.

Bonus exercise:

Write down what do you want your ideal workday to look like. Then map out what it might look like on a weekly basis.

For example, every Monday there’s a certain task that needs to be done such as content creation or posting a blog, etc. So write down what your perfect Monday looks like. Then write down what your perfect Tuesday looks like and perfect Wednesday and so on.
