If you are feeling a tad bit overwhelmed or unsure about your next steps, this episode of the “Love the Work You Do” podcast is for you. Today, I’m sharing four ways to get out of a “funk”.
The episode is for you if you’ve lost a bit of your focus, you’re filling your time with “busy work”, or you feel anxious about how you’re going to move forward with accomplishing your goals.
The inspiration for this episode came from my own experience of feeling the ups and downs of the first half of 2020.
Something else to keep in mind while listening to this episode…pick only one of these ways to get yourself out of a funk…at least at first
One of the best ways to pull yourself out of a funk, in order to push you closer to you goals is to create consistency. When you are consistent with one of these four ways (and by consistent, I mean you’re doing something daily), it will build more momentum for your confidence and your ability to stay the course.
