Does it feel like it’s challenging to create a positive work environment lately? If so, you’re not alone and this episode of the “Love the Work You Do” Podcast will help you get perspective on how to be more positive (and productive) in your work environment.

Today’s episode is special because I invite three of my friends: Heather Caine, Miranda Martin, and Trina Nkhazi to discuss some of their favorite ways to create a positive work environment for their teams and how YOU can implement these tips into your unique situation.

Here are a few things we covered in the conversation:

  • Define the most important characteristics to achieve a positive work environment.
  • How to empower your team around you to take more ownership in their role.
  • The importance of mentors, systems, and volunteerism as it relates to keeping you and your team happy and productive.
  • Heather, Miranda and Trina will share the resources they tap into, as it relates to creating a positive work environment.

About Heather Caine:

Heather Caine is the Broker/Owner of Caine Premier Properties in Dallas, Texas and Naples, Florida. She has built an amazing team of almost 50 Realtors and recently filmed 5 episodes with HGTV’s popular show House Hunters and Caine Premier Properties just finished their 8th episode as a brokerage. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. In addition to volunteering at local schools and charities, she has charitable organization called “Let’s Get Moving”.

About Miranda Martin: Miranda is an author, expert trainer, and single mother entrepreneur who specializes at developing eager professionals into six-figure (and beyond) income earners. She is a Senior Vice President for Symmetry Financial Group with 11 agencies developed under her mentorship in under 5 years. She was a finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal, Business Woman of the Year and was the Top Female Producer in her company. She just published her first book last month.

About Trina Nkhazi:

Trina currently serves in many strategic roles across City of Atlanta mission critical programs. Trina’s project successes span across four mayoral administrations and include the implementation of the City’s first formalized security portfolio, the City’s automated legislative process, enterprise resource planning, and ethics reform. She also was privileged to serve as one of the critical infrastructure committee leaders for Super bowl 53. Trina was named one of the Top Ten Business Women for the American Business Women’s Association, in 2011 and is a 9-year ambassador and “Forever Ten.” She currently serves as National Vice President of the Board of Directors for the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA).
