How much time does this take?
Prompts take ~5 minutes to read and ≤15 minutes to complete. Squads can choose an optional 15–20 minute touchpoint during the week.
Do we need live sessions?
No. The experience is activation-only. If you want a welcome moment, we include an optional pre-recorded kickoff video (≤5 minutes).
Does this work for remote or hybrid teams?
Yes. Everything is delivered via email or Slack/Teams and designed for flexible participation.
How do we “track” impact without surveys?
If desired, we provide an optional Ripple Report—a light highlight summary that captures wins, shout-outs, and next steps.
Is this only for managers?
No. HYPE Rally is built to empower every participant to lead through daily actions—regardless of title.
