The other myth that she hears a lot is having no time for these connections. Making time in connecting with yourself makes your life more efficient and productive.
Success in starting in this line of work: Molly shared a way on how to start in this. The first thing that you need to do is to have a yoga mat or blanket on the floor as you will need to sit in a crisscross position. Next, light a candle and focus on that candle, and be aware of your surroundings. After, put your hand over your heart and the other on the belly and take deep breaths.
Molly’s Exciting Project: Molly has an upcoming project for 2022, a running group called Canyon Creatives. It is related to what she is curious about the physical body. Its goal is to give business an energetic support. It will also feature an activity related to hiking which participants must undergo for about 6 months. At the very end of the session, they plan to hike the Grand Canyon.
Molly’s Book Suggestion: Molly shared two books written by her coach – Barbara Stanny. The books are named: Overcoming Underearning and Sacred Success. The works of Barbara are all about money in a holistic way.
